The Law Offices of William L. Conti is a boutique litigation and transactional law firm located in the North County San Diego City of San Marcos, California. Our office focuses on litigation and transactional issues relating to business, real estate, corporate, and partnership matters, including formation of business entities, securitization of business loans, complicated business transactions, and litigation of all disputes relating to these areas. Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional legal service without the high cost of traditional law firms.
Mr. Conti has successfully litigated cases in both Federal and State Courts throughout the State of California from as far north as Marin County to as far south as Chula Vista and all jurisdictions in between. With 25 years of experience, Mr. Conti has handled matters from simple collection actions to complex business litigation matters against Fortune 500 companies as both a plaintiff's and defendant's representative.
Our office prides itself on our one-on-one relationship with our clients. We are purposely selective of the cases we take on behalf of our clients and we work hard to provide our clients with quality representation during the arduous and often times stressful litigation process.
